AM10 X10 Appliance Module

The AM10U is a very versatile X10 module which is used for controlling larger loads than the LM10U lamp modules, such as TVs, kettles, coffee machines, computers etc, and which plugs into a 230 Volts, 50 Hz mains electrical socket. The device to be controlled is then plugged into the electrical socket on the AM10 module.

The AM10 appliance module enables the device plugged into it to be switched on and off remotely once the device code is set via the simple wheel settings on the AM10. The switching within the AM10U is achieved by a Relay.

• Remotely switching on compact flourescent lights
• Remotely switching on TVs and switching off TVs instead of using standby
• Remotely switching on music systems and switching off music systems instead of using standby
• Remotely switching on coffee machines
• Remotely switching on air conditioners
• Remotely switching on fans
• Remotely switching on computer printers and switching off computer printers instead of leaving them idling
